Usually the commenting all begins in the forum for the new episode, and people stop posting on the old one. Another reason may be that because that topic has already been debated by most of the users on this site on numerous occasions and it is not a fresh debate that is beginning to come close to getting solved. Sorry if I seem rude, Im not intending to be, but thats the main reason I would assume. Perhaps Desmond had been his constant for longer than we realize. Still haven't figured out why he called the mouse Eloise, after his mother? is there some sort of connection there with the time traveling thing. My bet is that Jack and Kate get Faradays Journal, read it and makes sure that Doc Candle sees it and he begins to do experiments to create the time machine.
