I dnt believe its all bout faith but i do believe u r on the rite track with certain people helping others get to where they need to go…after seeing “LaFluer” i hv so mny thoughts…i believe lock is now just as important as jacob, as they both arrived to the island dead n r now very much alive…the statue that we seen fully constraucted for the first time has got me thinkn. It showed a pairs of ankhs hangn by its side which is the same symbol that was hangn round Pauls neck (the DI guy that got shot)…It just happens to also be the Egyptian symbol for life…The name Horace also ties in, change the spelling to Horus n u hv the Egyptian Sun God…The statue could be a couple of things but i believe its RA the hawk-headed major sun god that spent so much time in other forms that he let others rule his place…Did u notice the name RA which just happens to be the initials of Richard Alperts…
Im very curious as to whom the baby that has survived turns out to be, was this the first birth on the island?? Maybe things with pregnancy n birth happens a little later done the track as Juliet wasnt brought to the island until years later to help with this problem…
Also i was wondering why did Ben convince Locke not to kill himself n then did it anyway it made no sense to me, but now does. Jesus had to die to be resurrected, but suicide is a mortal sin…Also Ben was never too sure how to get bk but once Locke mentions the name Eloise Hawking, Ben does wat he thinks he has to do…
I am loving Lost at the moment so mny twists n turns i can barely keep up…lol

also some interesting simularities between lost and the Bible, Jacob had 12 kids the last son born to him was named Benjamin, 2 episodes ago the title was 316. John 3:16 states , for God so loved the world he gave his only begotton son, and those who believe in him shall not perish but have everylasting life. Aaron had a half brother named Moses Remember that story? Moses was going to be killed so his mother put him in a basket and sailed him down the river only to be raised by another mother, one of great wealth. and not to mention all the angels that helped these people succeed in their journeys. I think that Richard and the other others are sort of like protectors, like angels. guiding people to where they need to be, lke Abbanon told Locke that he helps people get where they need to go. these are just a few. if you look closer there are many more stories.

I think this is all about having faith. every time someone loses their faith, something bad happens to them. I also think that the fued between Widmore and linus has to do with a woman. I believe that Widmore, Linus and Ms Hawking are all trying to keep the island safe. they all want the same thing. I think that Jacob got mad at Ben and wanted him off the island because he is doing things his own way to make them happen and not having faith to let them happen naturally.

Sorry guys i didn’t mean i thought the islands were in different times but the people are. It was only ever the losties who were moving through time, the others never did. I think when the flash happened Jacob grabbed Jack, Kate and Hurley off the plane and maybe Sayid back to the time where the rest of the losties are. I don’t know why he would have left Ben, Sun and Locke. Maybe it was the life of ji yeon that would have been within sun when she left but isn’t now? I guess he didn’t want Ben back, when we see last saw Christian Shepard he didn’t seem to like Ben very much. Locke was dead until after the plane crashed so maybe Jacob didn’t recognise his life as one to grab from that??? So i guess that the new plane group are in the present say.

Widmore told Locke to get back to the island because there was a war coming so the war should be in Lockes time, ie present day? I really like the idea of it being the purge

LoLo hey there, I do have to believe the one that left with Lapidus would be Sun. I don’t fall into the theory that the two islands are in different times. I can’t see that making sense.
I could see the ones on the current time going back however to stop something from happening and the ones that are in the past trying to stop them. remember there is a way to go between Ben has said the “Box” you can have what you desire and the time portal worked before Ben blew a hole in it.

BTW The one in the sack, my bet is on Penny but I’ve been wrong before ie: abaddon.

I agree with you Lolo, it wouldn’t make sense if the islands were in the same time. I’m thinking that the war will be between the new losties vs the orignal losties.
