Canton-Reiner Anagram Fun
I don’t think I’ve seen it mentioned in the comments yet, but did anyone else notice another little hidden anagram on the van Ben was driving? The name of the carpet cleaning company was Canton-Reiner and if you rearrange the letters, it spells out Re-incarnation! I think this is a little hint that Mr. Locke will be seen walking around the island in the near future.

One thing I forgot to mention….a couple of weeks ago…. When Sawyer saw Claire and Kate delivering the baby…. Why was Jin and Charlie not seen….Because they were both there as well…
Jason- I thought that was because they were way off to the side when it was originally shown to give Claire a little privacy. So, from Sawyers point of view he probably did not see them.

so the so called ‘the Others’ took over the Dharma initiative right and maybe charles widmore was probably sent out of the island. what i cant get is when locke went back 50 years when there was that hydrogen bomb, those ppl wer others or dharma??

Scott….Re-incarnation – brilliant work!! I would never seen that!! And it makes sense, because in the new trailer Locke tells this unknown woman that he remembered how he died….he talks about that on the island, still alive!! So after he hang up himself and went in the coffin (like Shephard once) in the airplane to the island…is that the way special people can reincarnate? But what bothers me is that he is obviously still alive on the island, but C.Shephard is more a ghost than a normal human otherwise he had visit his son Jack once on the island…he never did!
Did anyone else catch that when Jack asks Ben how can he read at a time like this he said “his mother taught him”.
His mother died giving birth to him.

last weeks episode was weak. went a little to fast. interesting to see where whidmore will fit in with locke? hoepfully we will get all the conversations he had with people when he got back to the states
adam 100% agree with you! I can’t believe nobody has managed to kill ben or get some questions answered from the amount of people they’ve come into contact with.
I think daniel is going to go a awol for a bit, i think charlottes death will bring back what he has done to the other woman.
Could widmore and jacob be on the same side? Its widmore vs ben and jacob doesn’t seem to be too fond of ben now. Jacob also asked locke for help in the cabin.

Hi… just another idea: lost writers introduced an atomic bomb, which then if to follow Faraday recommendation,
should be put somewhere into the island, to prevent its radiation exposure.
At the same time, the island and its people could be not only in the past regarding the real world time, but also ahead it – in the future. Remember that in the season 4, all people on the island saw a dead doctor from the freighter, before he was actually killed.
So it could be that, in the future there can be a situation when this bomb is out of control and can threat the whole island. That is why those future people decided to move permanently back in time to try to correct the future. These people in our time could be Mrs.Hawking and probably Widmore (that is why he could not be killed).
They also need someone to be their agent in the field, smart enough and understanding the nature of things. So they could adopt young Faradey and gave him the necessary education. So it could explain his behavior – especially that he was not going to save losties – for him they were some people among other on the island.
So for Mrs.Hawking, Ben is current temporal leader of one of the community on the island at this time, which should be taken in to account – no more…
I believe ben and Sayid are in this together. My theory is Ben had Sayid kick the crap out of him to have him arrested. Then he had Sayid say he was a nationalist of Guam so he could be deported in handcuffs (like Kate) to help with the reenactment of the crash to get back to the island.
LoLo- I don’t believe Widmore and Jacob are on the same path. I do believe that Jack’s grandfather was on the island at one point. Maybe Jack’s mother was from there or his grandmother, but somewhere there is a connection,
RIchard 7769- You may have something there regarding Ben and Sayid. When Sun pointed the gun at Ben at the marina, and Sayid walked off, Bed did not seem particularly concerned about it. So, why not, if he really needed all 6 to return to the island?? I know that Kate left too but he did not need to stop her because he already had the plan to take Aaron which apparetnly worked).
So with Sayid, what if Ben promised Sayid that if he goes back he can save Nadia or get Nadia back? Plausible? Maybe, but 2 things bother me. First, the fact that 2 times someone tried to dart Sayid (the safe house and hostpital), and if he was working with Ben, why the dramatics to get him. Second, Sayid seemed a little surprised to see Ben on the plane. Maybe Sayid realized that Ben had bamboozled him again, but there was nothing he could do about it at that point. I hope that made sense.
Richard7769, I have to completely disagree with your theory on Ben and Sayid.
Sayid is pissed at Ben, he is no way a cahoots with him.
Besides, even if Sayid was being extradited, or deported there is no way they would send him to Guam just because he claimed to be from there. He has to be being set up by someone in order to be on that particular plane. To support my theory, there is no way that Sayid would be arrested, processed, and deported in only 2 days, In LA, it is completely impossible. But then again, it is a TV show, so maybe thats not important.
This leads me to believe that the woman on the plane with him is not a marshal or police, but a bounty hunter hired by Widmore (or someone else), to get Sayid for having killed all those people linked to Widmore.
Also, If they were deporting him to Iraq, they would be sending him across the US and across the Atlantic, not the pacific.
Sorry if I come off trying to sound like a know-it-all, pretentious asshole, thats not my intent. I only wanted to support why I dont agree with your theory. I usually agree with you a lot, but on this one brotha, im afraid we dont.

Here is my only problem with your theory. For a bounty hunter I can almost agree but just because Widmore wants Sayid doesn’t give the hunter to handcuff Sayid and transport him on an airline. She would have to have some sort of document wouldn’t she?
Sayid could be pissed at Ben or maybe he acted that way so the ones that didn’t trust Ben would trust him.
Also Wednesday should be good, I don’t believe Locke killed himself I think he may have had a little help with it.
Richard…yeah i agree with you about Locke´s death…Suicide?? We know the Island Makes the Rules for that, i.e. Michael). NO…i think Ben the bitch have his fingers into it, like always! But i have to say that Locke can be a real idiot sometimes too, because he trusts Ben always again and again…!! Ben had even SHOT Locke icecold down….come on….i would hit the shit out of his body!!!!!

I do agree with that for sure. Since last season finale I had doubted that Locke committed suicide. No way, he had to much important shit to attend to. I used to think it was Widmores people that killed him, but now Im thinking it was Ben
I think Locke did kill himself as it was Jacobs wish. I think Jacob/the island allowed him to die as his purpose in that point in time. Jacob did tell him he was going to have to sacrifice himself in order to fix things on the island. How he gets ressurected again i don’t know and if its some pixie fairy smoke monster bull i will not be a happy camper.
I wonder about when Ben told sayid about who killed nadia, i thinnk ben lied and had sayid kill his enemies who may have had nothing to do with sayids death. I would think sayid found out about it and thats why he’s no longer on bens side. Probably the people he was killing were the ones trying to dart him.
Its occurred to me( but not sure if i believe it) that ben may have tried to use nadia to get sayid back on the island. If he was able to convince sayid that they can go back in time to a point where nadia was alive he may have told sayid that nadia could be brought to the island or sayid could leave to be with her. I think nadia has been sayids driving force for so long, its the only card ben has.

I am still trying to figure out how sayid got on the plane, too. He’s a very smart man and being in the Iraqi Guard he’s powerful, too. I dont understand how Kate got rid of Aaron when Claire incessantly told her in Aarons bedroom “Don’t you dare take him back to that island”. Did she give Aaron to Claire’s mum? I thought she wouldn’t go back to the island but when we saw her after she did whatever to him she was a wreck, why would she go? Why would she leave him? It really looked like she loved him as her son. Also, when Sawyer went back and saw Kate delivering Claire’s baby it was clearly day time (wasnt it? I could be , mistaken) and the epi that I just watched with Charlie and Jin in the background it was clearly night. I know tv shows always have a missing spot but come on, didn’t they look back at the epi and try to re enact it???
