  4. Is Kate really coming back to the Island simply because of this? She doesn’t seem to be some one giving up easily and she was so opposing to the idea of going back.

  5. i couldn’t see it either but it’s all over youtube.com. Put in this “Lost Season 5 Sneak Peak” its like the first thing to come up. You’ll see Kates face and thats it.

    Well she needs a place to run which she is obviously doing in this scene. She packs her bags and leaves real quick….So I think she will end up going to Jack and his option will be to go with him to the island because ben has found a way. Something like that is bound to happen. I think the events in this scene end up getting her to go back one way or the other.
    Hurley wants to go back, Sun probably thinks Jin is alive or can be brought back to life so she’ll go back, jack wants to go back, locke is dead and has to go back according to last seasons finale and Sayid is with Ben so it’s safe to assume he will go back. Its safe to say I think that getting back is not the problem its getting them to all want to go back….Kate was a hold out but this could get her to go. The rest seemingly want to go so it shouldn’t be that hard.

  7. Interesting! It seems like Kate is going to have to leave this time and take the child back to his real mom. But could Jack be the “client”? maybe, or is it Ben? I don’t know, but I am sure this whole thing is a part of Ben’s plan to help Jack convince Kate to go back.

  11. I definitley agree that Ben is the client, and that it is all a ruse in order to convince Kate to go back.

    I did have a thought the other day about a past episode that may eventually come back into the fold.

    In the episode in season 3, “Par Avion”. Claire and Charlie find some migrating birds that are tagged, and plan to capture one in hopes of getting a message to the outside world that they are stuck on the island.

    They end up catching the bird and attaching a note to his foot so that it will be discovered when they migrate and get retagged by whoever does that sort of thing.

    My theory is that the bird will be discovered and the message will prove to the world that the Oceanic 6 story was a lie and that there were other surviviors left alive, and may still be. I dont have any other theories as to where it would go from here. But upon rewatching season 3, I thought that this episode served little purpose, but could end up being huge if it were to be revisited with where we are at now in terms of the story.

    Any thoughts? Ideas? Theories? Put downs?

  12. That seems plausible for sure. I hope major pieces of the show don’t hang on that scene in season three tho. Don’t like when big parts are hindered on small scenes.

  13. Jack does say to Ben in the final scene of the season four finale that he doesn’t know where Kate is. Perhaps that scene took place after this one, and he doesn’t know where she is because she went on the run.

    How about the picture of Jack on the desk?! What’s that all about? I still wonder if this is a flash forward from the end of the season or is it a flash forward (inbetween) the trial and when they got off the island.

    If it’s not the ladder…My guess is Ben…Setting up Kate to get her ass out the house (in otherwards all made up by Ben).

    Or of course it could even be some whole other charactor that has yet to be introduced.

  16. the whole ben manipulating people is getting really old….if this continues for two more season im going to be disappointed…its pretty lame at this point.

    What exactly is Bens agenda here that he needs to manipulate everyone and anyone he encounters?

    The thing with Sayid pisses me off. Where I do feel that Ben is a crucial character to the show, and that he adds a different element to the cast, I still hope that Jack or Sayid will finally man-up and kill him.

  19. i think his character is awesome. I just think that the storyline of him always manipulating people is played out. would like to see him take on a different role other than that….
    it might just be me but when every other character is hood-winked by him three times an episode…it gets old.

  20. Thats all Im saying. Its starting to get annoying. Maybe the whole killing him off thing was jumping the gun, but the dude just gets on my nerves by making everyone else look stupid.

  21. yea its 100% annoying. its just old, repetitive, boring, and stale. you can see it coming all the time. take a little of the suspense out of it when you know he’s going to dick someone over and get away with it. m-fer

  23. But why the hell would Sun want to blow the “O6″ cover story and supposedly get the rest of the people on the island killed?

    I seriously doubt that its Sun, but on this show, anything is possible. Hell it could even be Sun and Charles Widmore in cahoots, but I doubt it. Im sticking with Ben.

  24. Another thing to remember is that in Kate’s agreement to get the charges dropped she was not allowed to leave the state. So she could now, again, be a fugutive (talk about old story lines).
    So far the only ones we know that know about Aaron are the O6, Ben, Des(Penney to maybe), and Frank. I think it is Sun and Widmore working together. Widmore wants the island, Sun wants Jin. I don’t know if they are aware of the “everyone most go back” thing, but I do think they they are going to put pressure on all the O6 to find out where the island is. I think part of the big story line this season will be people either taking Widmore’s side or Ben’s side, and it will be a race to find a way to find the island.

  25. Im interested to see in what capacity the writers keep Desmond involved in the show.

    He is not one of the Oceanic 6, and he already told Sayid that he was “never going back to that island”. Thats gonna make it pretty interesting. As well as the possible Sayid vs Desmond angle that was foreshadowed last season.

  26. Des may not be one of the ones that needs to go back to the island. When Ben states that they all need to go back he does say if it is just the O6 or everyone that got off (Des, Frank, etc.).
    Saying that I do think that he will have to go back and I think it will come by being the only way to save Penny from Ben.

  28. i have watch lost season 1-4.the storyline from season 1-3 i understand and enjoyed.i was expecting season 4 to be the concluding season where all the cast will be rescue and what happen to them once they got back to their life will be review.but i didnot see that instead the story line is be prolong and flashback from which life,i dont know where are review to us.when i thought that by the end of the season the truth will be review plus the secret of the island.i see no head or tail of the story.now,i read that season 5 is out,i just hope i wont be wasting my time watching it and at the end nothing comes out of it.the writers should please not merrygoround and go straight to the point because very soon we will be hearing that season 6 is coming out.
