i dnt understand why they want to kill everybody on the island surely they can jus use everyone for slaves or sumthing it all sounds abit too inhumane

2

oh also 1 more thing i hope tht red head isnt from england in real life bcos her british accent is reli annoying and thts coming from someone in england

3

Charlotte is played by Rebecca Mader, an American. I thought the same thing; I’m from Scotland and I thought her English accent was pretty poor. At least Henry Ian Cusick (Des) is half Scottish and spent a lot of time there. Although I have yet to hear anyone in Scotland refer to anyone else as “brother”…

4

Apparently the black smoke monster isn’t that effective, all those guys got away.
Oh and Kat, I think the reason that Des calls everyone “brother” is from the time he spent in the brotherhood before the island.

5

Oh yeah, forgot about that.

6

Speaking of the black smoke monster, it managed to wipe out Mr. Echo, but not 4 or 5 armed commandos. Interesting. You are right Jones–It is not very effective.

7

Rebecca Mader is English. Maybe the sickness Danielle used to talk about and the whole quarntine thing with the hatch means people have to be contained on the island or killed? If Widmore wants it back he might not want to be infected if there is a sickness?

8

the producers have no more good ideeas so they make a lot of stupide mistakes…how did claire survived the bombing???why arn’t the soldiers dead???…no wonder the raitings are getting low…sorry my english is poor

9

Claire survived the bombing because she wasn’t inside the house. She was outside hanging clothes in the yard. You could see the line of clothes on the ground beside her. That’s how she lived.

10

Holly: The only thing about that is, who hangs out clothes in a hail of gun fire?

The only thing I can see right now is that like Michael the island has other plans for her and won’t let her die. Kind of weak I know but this idea was introduced recently and the writers may be trying to get us to connect it. I don’t like it so far but hopefully something good will come out of it, but then again we have been waiting for some answers now for a long time.

11

Jones I think it was Charlie who saved her, I think the Island has a plan for him and as Clare was with Charley she survived…

12

Toby, how could Charlie have saved her?

13

the island has a plan for him, thats why when clare was holding charlie she didnt die.

14

I don’t think he was holding Claire: then she probably would have been excited he’s back and told at least someone.
Or do you mean as some sort “guardian angel”? But then Idk how the island has a plan for him.

15

Maybe Toby means Aaron?
I think she was out hanging laundry too. It is not like she knew they were going to start shooting, she could have retreated to the back of the house when the shooting started. If you look at the screen caps she is wearing shoes and has a sheet over her. I don’t know anyone who takes a nap with their shoes on.

16

i did mean aaron “insert embarassed smiley!!!!!”

I read an interesting theory that Claire actually died and is in the spirit form or whatever you want to call what we’ve been seeing of Charlie and Christian Shephard and this is why Miles attitude changed towards her.

What do you think?
