I also noticed when it showed him after michael saw libby he had a oxygen mask on but not before. If he's not Alvar he's someone more important than an extra. Since Michael was seeing an apparition or whatever of Libby, what if Hanso was also an apparition. Someone mentioned that during one scene the guy had an oxygen mask, and then in the next it was gone. We have more to find out about Michael's story from the time he left the island to the time he drove into a dumpster trying to kill himself(which is a really dumb way to try and kill yourself if your going to do that type of thing). What if Michael also has killed or had some kind of involvement with Hanso that he is feeling guilty about? I just had another thought about it being Hanso.
