Lost Season 4 Episode 2 Sneek Peek | Confirmed Dead
Quite a few sneek peeks have surfaced in the last day or so for the 2nd epsidoe of Lost season 4 entitled “Confirmed Dead”. In the first one, Hurley lets it slip that he saw Jacobs shack which from the look on Locke and Bens face they found it very interesting. Locke also reveals who he is taking orders from … watch to find out the someone what surprising answer.
In the 2nd clip, Jack, Kate and the guy from the boat go to find one of the others that have parachuted on to the island. It looks to me like the same place that Desmond killed his predecessor in the hatch. He asks where Naomi is, which I assume is where the title of the epsiode “Confirmed Dead” comes from.
The 3rd clip is Locke leading his followers to a 3rd person who has parachuted on to the island. This time its a girl who seems nice, but Locke doesnt give in on trusting her.
In the 4th Jack finds some of Dannys (guy from the boat) stuff. He seems to have brought masks and radiation type suits. He informs jack that rescuing them isnt their primary objective.
My question is if all of these people were on the boat, why are they all parachuting in on different parts of the island, and in each case it looks like they had a troubled landing. The first guy in the middle of the jungle, the 2nd on some rocks where he pretends to be hurt, and the 3rd lands in the lake. I guess we’ll find out on Thursday…but probably not with the way things go in this show.

Do NOT try to watch these if you’re in NZ. It took over twenty minutes to watch the first clip, and I didn’t even try the rest. Pausing the video does not allow the buffering to catch up. It’s a fairly useless exercise.

i dont think walts in the cabin cos locke saw him in season three when ben shot him and maybe then walt told him but how he knows tho is strange
It definetly wasnt walt in the cabin. I slowed it down and watched it. The guy in the chair is jacks dad, the eye we saw close up i dont know who it was but it was an older white guy..didnt look like locke though
I just can’t make sense out of this show. I still love it though, and the magic lies in not knowing what goes on. But If the answers to all the questions appears to be predictable and riddiculoud I’ll be very dissapointed. I’m expecting something spectacular.
The show is getting a bit silly. The more you watch the less you know. Anyway its very addictive.
I think the show is fantastic. It’s not silly. Silly is 20 celebrities competing for Donald Trump. Silly is playing truth or dare on national television. Silly is pick a numbered briefcase and see if you win.
This is a thinker’s show. It’s majestic in how it’s filmed, the acting is stellar, and the clues leaked out keep you watching more and more. I like that it’s leading somewhere too. It’s not just going to fizzle out, it eventually will just end, like an epic movie! This show is great and I sincerely hope that there aren’t more people out there like yourself that think it’s silly. I’d hate to see it get canceled. It’s the best show on television. My only beef is that they’ve put it up against the Office! Why? What was wrong with Wednesdays?
I’d have to agree with salman that the show is getting a little on the silly side. They really need to answer some of the outstanding questions from all of the activities that have occurred. I thought I read somewhere that the show will end up having fairly logical explanations as to the occurrences. The introduction of a person who can talk to the dead does not lend itself to a logical explanation.
How come he could talk to the dead Naomi, w/o his vacuum cleaner device? Was that device just a prop? Why would a ghost haunt a room so that an outsider could get the money? It seems that the ghost would want the money to go to his mom/guardian.
Each episode raises far more questions than answers. I do enjoy the show, but with each episode my enthusiasm wanes.
So the bear’s remains in the desert doesn’t intrigue you? The fact that we know that 6 got off, but out of those 6, 2 were in different groups? That Ben was completely aware of the history of the new girl but they’ve never met? That although Locke and Ben have a similar bond, Locke was ready to pull the trigger? OH! How about how Locke had a bullet go through him and was quick to point out how if he had still had his kidney he would have bled to death for certain — implying that maybe the hardships of the past happened for a reason?
Maybe the psychic thing is a little too easy. I don’t know. Could have done without it. But I still think this show is incredible. As opposed to INVASION which led us down the same mysterious path only to be canceled before we got any answers.
What did you think about the archeologist that found the polar bear collar with the darma sign? That was definatly the most confusing thing for me.
An archeologist, a physicist, a gost buster, and a pilot. That is an interesting combination to me.
Please keep the clips and snippets of info coming. Lost is the greatests thing on TV and nothing comes close.
Does anyone know if any further eposdes have been filmed? I thought only had had been due to the strike.

I thought Jack was a doctor? Naomi has a knife sticking out of her back but Jack doesnt feel the need to administer help.

hey does anybody know the telephone number for Oceanic? I think it was on the newscast that the drunk pilot (who didn’t make the flight ) was watching. I saw it somewhere else, but can’t find it. thanks, gil
I called the number for families of the “deceased” as shown on the TV. It was a test line but it gave a website on the phone. Don’t know if it has anything to do with Lost. I called from England. http://www.24s.co.uk Seems strange though that the phones are playing a big part in the episodes and the website is a communication site with a “coming soon” application.
I found the phone no. for Oceanic . It’s 1-888-548-0034. I’m calling in the United States, I don’t know if it works from overseas. I heard a theory that its Michael in the coffin, thats why Jack is so upset, Michael had co-ordinates to get away from the Island, he would be the only one who would know how to get back.
I called the number too from here in the US. It is a recording of a lady talking about the crash is being investigated and information will be updated as it becomes available. Nothing very exciting, but its still pretty cool that the number actually worked. I’ve never seen any other show that takes things this far.
