After watching Season 6 – perhaps you feel a lot stupid! What a waste of a theory! It seems in Season 5 Finale Jacob totally escaped your eyes, and the fact that DHARMA etc are perhaps just small disturbances in this big plan didn’t come thru’ to you!

The real story of LOST is all about Jacob and his ‘predecessors’ – whoever they are. And so far, JJAbrams has very skillfully wasted 5 seasons of our viewing time only to pull our legs and not to share a bit of info about the real story yet. I am sure the real story is just 2 episode long – sometime in the distant past something happened between Jacob and other Biblical characters. And there’s difinite religious solution to this whole thing – as confirmed by the ghost-reader Miles Straum.

Told with utmost skill, LOST is going to be the series that’ll disppoint us in the most unprecedented manner.

You gotta wonder how much of the show this guy has seen! I’ve just watched all 5 seasons in 3 days and this theory makes no sense, still nice try but no cigar

So I’m guessing that this season will start with the oceanic six all in la like the plane never crashed, and out fellow losties on the island will be transported to current time, not sure excatly how this will play out, I really hope that they all remember eachother, but I have doubts that will happen.
I’m wondering how the island people will be explained if the crash never happened, I’m assuming that the bomb effected more people on the island than we realize. I wonder if Ben will be on the island still when we return.
I did read somewhere that he works for a college as a professor.
I’ll just be pissed if this is all in Hurleys head.

The producer of Lost said, between season 3 and 4, that they already had an idea of how the story would continue and end in a final season 6.

The writers make it up as they go. Believe it.

That anyone could “put it all together” before the writers have, is a credit to the imagination and creativity of some of the people here. I would not be surprised in the least if they (the writers of the show)didn’t actually get some of their ideas from the theories posted by the fans.

I personally think the show will have a hard time making all the “mysterious” little bits and pieces come together as they threw them into the episodes as they went, not knowing themselves just how they would tie all together.

As much as like the show, I predict a clumsy,lame, or perhaps even a silly ending in the final season, because they basically wrote themselves into a corner. They had no real plot or guide (such as a novel or movie script)and will have to reach deep to make it appear as though they did.
Worse case…they may even pull a “Sopranos” ending, which was in fact no real ending at all.
