First, to Andres, the theory would go that Naomi was very much alive all through to 2007 and then WENT BACK IN TIME by crossing into the electromagnetic plane that includes the island. She was very much alive in 2004 off the island, but she crossed back into 2004 on the island when she was murdered.

Second, to Greg Conquest and all other Lost fans, there was a possibly very important easy-to-overlook comment by Cuse and Lindeloff in that very recent recap episode that aired twice, including right before the season finale last Wednesday. At one point during that recap episde, Cuse and Lindeloff discussed on camara the fact that in a past interview they had debunked the theory that the 815 survivors are really dead and in purgatory. They reiterated the debunking by saying, in this recap episode, that the survivors are very much alive “in the time-space continuum.” That was conspicuous that they chose to put it like that, and again it supports the time displacement theory of the island. They could have said the survivors are alive in the world as we know it, or just said they’re very much alive, period. But they threw out that “time-space continuum” verbage on purpose, I think.
