Fans of Lost arent the only ones frustrated with Season 3. The cast members themselves are even beginning to grow tired of taking a back seat to the Others and Jack Kate and Sawyer. USA today reports that several of the cast members were out to lunch discussing their views on the show and they had the following comments:

“I haven’t (worked with) Matt all year,” Naveen Andrews (Sayid) says about star Matthew Fox (Jack).

“I haven’t, either,” says Emilie de Ravin (Claire).

“I haven’t seen Foxy all year,” Jorge Garcia (Hurley) echoes.

Turning to Dominic Monaghan (Charlie), Andrews asks, “Does anyone talk to you about when they’re going to see you again?”

“Yeah,” Monaghan says.

“People have said they want to see more of our characters,” de Ravin says. “We’ll hear, ‘When are you going to have an episode?’ ”

But, Andrews says, “What are we going to (expletive) say about it? Do we write the (expletive) thing? No.” (Andrews’ salty tongue leads his publicist, seated within earshot at a nearby table, to reprimand him with a cautionary “Language!”)

The article goes on to say that the cast still gets along very well together outside of the show, and that the inequality in screen time has done nothing to harm their relationship. But with fans talking of suing for false advertising, and continued drops in ratings, I hope that the producers of Lost finally take the hint and start answering old questions instead of continuously moving forward with new circumstances and endless questions.
