Few questions here w/ the inconsistencies of story lines on S3.
1. Ben asked Locke to kill his biological father Anthony Cooper as a ‘gesture’ to show the OTHERS in order to become one of them. Locke pointed a dagger on his dad’s neck but was unable to kill him because as he had said ‘he is not a murderer’. Instead, Locke fetched Sawyer and Sawyer killed Locke’s dad for him because of a rediculous coincidence that Locke’s dad Anthony Cooper aka Tom Sawyer is the same person who had sex w/ Sawyer’s mom which resulted into the murder of his mom and his dad’s suicide. At the last episode of S3, Locke killed Naomi with his dagger while she was trying to call the rescuers from her radio? Have’nt he said that he is not a murderer? He could’nt even kill his dad who conned him his kidney and pushed him from the 8th floor of a building that caused his paralysis.
2. At the end of S3, Kate met with Jack near an airport (obviously they were able to get out of the Island). Why is Kate free? She blew up her moms house to commit insurance fraud, killed her step dad, commited a bank robbery, etc., etc. She should be in jail serving a life sentence.
3. Jack had an argument with a doctor who was questioning him if he had a drink (a spoiler clip, obviously a future scene that had happened). He said to bring his father down and if his father is more drunk than he is then, the doctor can fire him. Isn’t his dad already dead since S1?

2. i got no idea bout da heros but i recon that she is still on the run nd shes with sawyer who is protecting her or sumit.
3. i think that is a metaphor type thing asif that guy knows that his dad is dead and he knows why so jak is showing he is so f*ked up in da head coz of wat happened 2 him and how he made the wrong decision! i guess the island urm…became part of him or sumit and he feels the truth now..ie b4 he was just thinking of getting evry1 safe but now he realises that he needs it because he has no life in da real world.

listen people. some of them do get rescued and some of them dont, everything happens for a reason, ben dies in season 4 and locke becomes leader of the others, the people from niomis boat go to the island, they find the survivers of flight 815 but they hold them at gunpoint. you can see this on abc.com on the trailers for lost season 4. why are all you people saying that sawyer/locke/and others are in the coffin that jack went to??? where do you get the assumption that this is even one of them??? it is before the plane crash coz his dad is still alive and that woman needed surgery on her back (which he fixed, you’ll find that out if you follow from season 1) then when hes in the hospital his ex wife visits him, shes pregnant, now if you remeber when jack was being held prisoner by the others, he asked juliet if his ex sarah was happy she said yes and shes moved on and now has a family, so what we saw with jack being drunk some of it must have been from before.. . some of this is really confusing, also theres a lost video game coming out soon on xbox 360 and ps3 (ps3 are fucking shit but xbox are not)!! Roll on season 4 and i wish lost would never end, it’d be such a shame when it does

charlie is dead, they even said it in special features on season 3 (by jj abrams and the oter guy) the special features on that boxset rocks, i have seasons 1-3 on dvd, and i fuckin love it lol!! cnt wait for the new season

Does anyone else think that Charlie died for absolutely no reason, look at the facts for a second.
when Charlie saw a man with an explosive there was about 10 seconds of running time before an explosion, which would’ve given him and desmond plenty of time to draw a breath, jump into the water and swim away.
also, Charlie locking the door didnt seem to have any effect on the rising water, so therefore the door didnt need to be locked. one more thing would be that the room him and Desmond were in was MASSIVE, i mean HUGE!, it would’ve taken an hour for it to fill to drowning point.
Simple reason he died is probably creative differences, obviously the actor playing Charlie wanted to go on and do other things.

Gordon – The reason the rest of the room did not fill up because it is airtight, the only bit that had the hole in was were charlie was, he was reminded by desmond that he was gonna die and he could not keep escaping it because desmond is supposed to take over charlies role, thats why it happened. I have season 3 on dvd and i watched the special features, dominic monagon (charlie) did not want to leave and he was sad on the last day of shooting, it was the directors idea to kill him off, remember everthing happens for a reason.

Josh and Gordon, Correct me if i’m wrong but i thought the acctuall reason for Charlie dying was the fact that desmond told Charlie that he would not live this time and if he did Clair and the baby would die… So he had to make a choice, In which he did infact kill himself.
So it seems a lot of people are set on this “between heaven and hell” idea. Besides Lockes dad saying to Sawyer they were in hell…Is there any other info that can back these asumptions up? This show is one big mind fuck. Thats why I love it. I think…They are all laying in hospital beds somewhere unconcious. Some fucked up experiment. Like one big giant shared dream. Each persons imagination creating and adding pieces to their “dream.” Kinda like the movie Vanilla Sky. But on a grander scale. Maybe Charlie just actually woke up and is no longer part of the dream.
