Now we know 6 get off the island i.e. Sayid, Jack, Hurley have all said “I’m one of the Oceanic 6 survivors from Oceanic Flight 815…” maybe the numbers relate to the seat numbers of those who make it off the island?

Although I’ve no idea if there is access to the flight manifest anywhere to prove it – and find out who the other 2 are that get off the island are (In addition to the 3 above, we’ve seen Kate at LAX with Jack – but no explanation why she isn’t in prison and Jack refers to them both getting the ‘golden pass’ free flights) We’ve seen Desmond get in the helicopter so could be him plus Ben forcing Sayid to be some sort of hitman and as the submarine was blown up, Ben may have pretended to be a survivor. As we’ve seen Ben, it must be Locke in the coffin at end of Season 3; the clipping says “a man was found” and Jack describes it as someone who is neither “friend or family” and when he says to Kate, he thought he might see her there – she reacts badly as if it’s the last place she’d want to be).
